Since 2013, I have been a listening ear for many mental health clients, young and old, anxious and depressed, hopeless and hopeful. It's my job and ethical obligation to hold their stories in confidence, with confidentiality. I take this seriously. My clients stories are not shared here. I will say though, their truths remain with me, and I continue to also grow both professionally and personally each day as I walk alongside them in their healing.

I started Creator's Wellbeing to have an open space for makers to talk and share their stories, to support creators mental health and wellness. I feel this balances out my two worlds, the private therapy conversations and the public creative sharing process.

It's my hope that if you have found this space, it is offering you a pause for reflection, and maybe even a place that you may also be willing to share your story with other creators and makers.
